PROJECT  ENGINEER;  Bachelor’s  degree  in  Civil  Engineering  (may  be  foreign equivalent); 24 months experience as Civil Engineer or QA/QC Engineer.  Design civil  engrg.  aspects  of  major  projects  including  review  &  analysis  of  drawings, technical specs. & other documents for construction co. located in Saipan, CNMI.  Prepare  costs  of  materials,  labor  &  equipment.  Inspect  project  sites  to  monitor progress & ensure conformance to design specs. & safety standards.
